Midday Supervision Assistant
MIDDAY SUPERVISION ASSISTANT
Salary: £11 per hour
Job term: Casual; 12 noon – 1 p.m. daily, term time only
Appointment: Fixed Term
Required as soon as possible, St Mark’s Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint a Midday Supervision Assistant to join our friendly and supportive lunchtime team. We are looking for a caring, motivated and supportive person who enjoys working with children. The post involves supervision of the dining hall and engaging and playing with children at lunchtime, ensuring a safe, caring and playful environment, and promoting the school’s values and ethos.
You will have experience of working with or supervising primary aged children.
You will need to be:
• reliable, a good time keeper
• confident when dealing with children aged 4 to 11
• able to follow procedures and policies
• a good communicator
• a team player
• calm and willing to undertake any training relevant to the post, including first aid and safeguarding.
Safeguarding children is of prime concern to us and all relevant checks will be undertaken.
