School Lunch Information
All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school lunch: however some of these children will eligible for Pupil Premium free lunches. This enables the school to receive extra funding which is used to provide these children with additional support. It is really important that parents who meet the criteria (detailed below) register for Pupil Premium, to help our school secure this additional funding.

School lunches for Key Stage 2 pupils (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6) cost £2.58 and these may be paid for via the school office by cash or cheque, or online:
The lunch menus provided in primary schools consist of a hot two-course meal, offering a choice of main courses, vegetables, salads and desserts. They are designed to be tempting and healthy and offer choice for vegetarians with some special diets available.
Free school meals
Your child may be entitled to Pupil Premium if you receive:
- Income support.
- Income based Jobseeker’s Allowance.
- Employment support allowance (income related).
- Child Tax Credit, and you are not entitled to receive Working Tax Credit, and have an annual income (as assessed by H M Revenue & Customs) that does not exceed £16,190.
- If you are supported under Part IV of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
- Working Tax Credit during the four-week period immediately after your employment finishes or after you start to work less hours per week.
- The guarantee element of the State Pension Credit.
